How it works
Step 1
Submit a return request to the merchant
Step 2
If the request is accepted, you’ll receive a return PIN code via SMS
Step 3
At the nearest locker, click “Package Returns”, enter the PIN code and deposit the package
Step 4
Driver will stick the printed return label on the package and return it to the merchant
